Abstract
PDF - Simultaneous multiple dislocation of the thumb is a very rare injury. We experienced a case of simultaneous fracture-dislocation of the carponletacarpal and metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb which was treated by closed reduction and percutaneous K-wire fixation. The clinical retult was satisfactory.

- Axial dislocation of the carpus is a rare injury, and it usually is caused by crush mechanism in industrial fields. We experienced a case of axial-ulnar fracture-dislocation of the carpus which was treated by open reduction and internal fixation with K-wires and external rixator fixation.
